Two men charged with armed home invasion in Fort Pierce
St. Lucie County, Fl (treasurecoast.com)- The St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Wendy Jean of Fort Pierce and 18-year-old Leonardo Salinas of Fort Pierce in response to an armed home invasion early yesterday morning in Ft. Pierce. Both men were apprehended after deputies located two vehicles that were stolen from the victim’s residence.
Both men were arrested and charged with the following;
Home-invasion robbery, a violation of 812.135 (2A)Aggravated assault, a violation of 784.021 (1a)Burglary with battery a violation of 810.02 (2a)Grand theft of a motor vehicle, a violation of 812.014 (2c6) – two countsUnlicensed carrying of concealed weapons or concealed firearms, a violation of 790.01 (2)Resisting officer without violence to his or her person, a violation of 843.02Defendant Salinas was also charged with:
Fleeing or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, a violation of 316.1935 (1)Both men are being held without bond.
