TWO ARRESTED, SUSPECTED DRUG HOUSE SHUT DOWN, AND DETAILED DRUG LEDGER NOW IN THE HANDS OF NARCOTICS DETECTIVES
A suspected drug house located on Wildwood Drive in Stuart is out of business tonight, after Martin County Sheriff’s Special Investigations Detectives executed a search warrant, finding drugs, needles, and a notebook full of informative reading.
Detectives arrested 28-year old James Nicol, and 31-year old Frank Sollecito, both of Stuart, charging them with possession of Oxymorphone. Nicol was also charged with trafficking in Oxymorphone, which increased his bond by $95,000.
The drugs were taken into evidence, as was the ledger. Sollecito was taken to the Martin County Jail on a $5,500 bond. Nicol’s bond is $101,000.
Please pass along, that any parties, pick ups, and deliveries, scheduled at this Wildwood location, have now been cancelled, and will be rescheduled once detectives finish sifting through this ledger.
Great work MCSO!
