Sunland Pest Control will plead guilty and go to jail

We all know the tragic story of 10 year old Peyton McCaughey who suffered severe brain damage following his family’s home being fumigated for termite by the company.
A pest control company owner and employee will soon enter a guilty plea in Federal court, sending them to prison.
In federal court, U.S attorneys say McCaughey was poisoned by Sunland Pest Control Company when the owner and pest technician failed to properly treat and clear the home of chemicals last August.
