STUART POLICE SERVE SEARCH WARRANT- DRUGS AND FIREARM FOUND
Stuart Police Narcotic Detectives and the Special Response Team served a search warrant at 920 SE East Avenue, apartment 101. early Friday.
The suspect, Christopher Kee, had been the focus of a month long drug investigation.
Discovered:
- Crack cocaine
- cannabis
- two digital scales
- a Ruger .41 caliber firearm
- Multiple small baggies
Kee was arrested and charged with:
- poss of crack cocaine with the intent to sell within 1000 of a park
- possession of cannabis with the intent to sell within 1000 feet of a park
- having of drug paraphernalia
- possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
