Missing Child
Law enforcement officials are still searching for 2 children that were taken by a Vero Beach murder suspect.
A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for 4-year-old Edward Gamez and 10-month-old Lizeht Gamez Flores. The children were last seen in the 100 block of North Oak Street in Fellsmere. The children may be in the company of Edward Geovani Guardado Gamez and Maria Maricela Flores Lopez.
If located, police say do not approach, they are armed and potentially dangerous. They advise you to contact law enforcement immediately.
The children were last seen playing in their Fellsmere yard along Wyoming Avenue last Thursday. That was before Vero Beach police say their dad took a gun and opened fire on two brothers in their Highland Avenue driveway, killing one.
