Get ready for a celebration of Irish culture with Port St. Lucie’s upcoming St. Patrick’s Day Festival. Hosted by the City of Port St. Lucie Parks & Recreation Department and The Friendly Sons & Daughters of Ireland, the festival promises a fun-filled experience for all ages at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center.
Scheduled for March 15 and 16, the festival will feature a variety of attractions and activities, including traditional Irish cuisine, beer, music, and other culinary delights. Attendees can also partake in Irish dancing, displays, arts and crafts vendors, and carnival rides. Admission to the festival is free, and there is plenty of parking near the event center..
The festivities kick off on Friday with a performance by Derek Warfield & The Young Wolfe Tones. The celebration continues on Saturday, starting with a parade at 11 a.m. followed by a lineup of musical acts, including Paul Rowan, Indigo Dreamers, Vertigo U2 tribute band, and Bangers N’ Mash.
The parade on Saturday will lead right into the festival grounds, so you can’t miss it!
