St. Lucie County Master Gardener Volunteer Plant Sale Returns June 19
FORT PIERCE – The St. Lucie County Cooperative Extension Office and the UF/IFAS Master Gardener Volunteers will hold the 37th annual plant sale on Friday, June 18 and Saturday, June 19 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (by appointment only). The money raised during the plant sale will go towards scholarships opportunities for St. Lucie County students that have been accepted into a Florida college and plan to follow an educational path in horticulture, environmental science, agriculture or related fields.
Located at the Extension Office, 8400 Picos Road, the Annual Plant Sale will be set up a bit differently than in the past. Visitors will need to register by visiting https://slcmastergardenervolunteerplantsale.eventbrite.com and make an appointment to visit the nursery. Due to COVID-19 protocols, no more than 10 patrons will be allowed in the nursery at a time, appointments will be in 30-minutes intervals, guests will be required to wear a mask and you must bring your ticket with you upon arrival. Anyone that wishes to attend our plant sale must register.
