St. Lucie County Libraries Celebrate National Novel Writing Month with Workshop

Everyone has a story to tell, so why not let the St. Lucie County Library staff help you write yours? To celebrate National Novel Writing Month (#NaNoWriMo), several county libraries are offering free writing workshops.
People all over the world are committing to write a 50,000-word novel during the month of November. Several branch libraries are hosting a kickoff event in late October to help you get started on your story.
·       Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Fort Pierce Branch Library, 101 Melody Lane, Fort Pierce, at 10 a.m. and at the Port St. Lucie Branch Library, 180 Prima Vista Blvd., Port St. Lucie at 1 p.m.
·       Saturday, Oct. 29 at the Morningside Branch Library, 2410 SE Morningside Blvd., Port St. Lucie at 10 a.m. and the Lakewood Park Branch Library, 7605 Santa Barbara Drive, Fort Pierce at 2 p.m.
The November Writers’ Hours at the Library will take place:
·       Wednesdays at the Fort Pierce and Morningside Branches from 9 a.m. to noon and at the Lakewood Park Library from 1 to 4 p.m.
·       Wednesdays and Thursdays at the Port St. Lucie Branch Library from 5 to 7 p.m.
