Road rage incident on Kanner Highway leads to charges
Stuart, Fla– A road rage incident led to a brawl in the streets of Stuart.
Police say that 47-year old Eric Gerstmann and 29-year old Sean Gerstmann were in a car driving quote “semi-aggressively” behind another vehicle on Kanner Highway. The other car wouldn’t allow the Gerstmanns to pass. When both cars stopped at a red light near US1 all of the passengers got out and began fighting in the streets. The Gerstmann’s were both arrested.
More charges could be pending after police received a video of the fight.
