PSLPD seeks help to id hoodie thief.
PSLPD is asking the public’s help in identifying a suspect. He attempted to use a stolen debit card at an ATM. The card was stolen during a car burglary. It happened in the 1100 block of SE Steward Rd back in April 2017.
