PSLPD: Man shot two people (and 2 dogs) then killed himself

Port St. Lucie, Fl (treasurecoast.com) -The Port St. Lucie Police have given an update on the shooting that took place at  the 1900-Blk of SW Cameo Blvd. They reported that a man shot two people (and 2 dogs) then killed himself.

From the PSLPD:

There continues to be no threat to the community. This was an isolated incident and not a random act of violence. PSLPD Detectives obtained a search warrant for the residence and worked with our crime scene unit throughout the night to process the scene and collect evidence.

Investigation has revealed that a 52-year-old man shot and killed a 33-year-old man, 53-year-old woman, and two dogs inside the residence. The male then shot and killed himself. Detectives found a suicide note and believe depression could be a motivating factor in this incident.
