PSLPD: Disagreement leads to one arrest grand theft auto at Walgreens
Yesterday afternoon officers responded to the Walgreens parking lot on SW Bayshore Blvd in reference to a fight in progress with allegations of a firearm being involved. All available officers responded to the area and took appropriate actions to secure the scene.
Officers conducted a thorough investigation and determined there was no firearm involved during the disturbance. It was an isolated incident involving a disagreement between two siblings over a vehicle. There was no threat made to others and no one was injured.
At the conclusion of the investigation, one of the siblings was arrested and taken to jail for grand theft of an automobile.
