PSLPD arrested third kidnapping/aggravated Battery suspect
Port St Lucie, Fl- The PSLPD has arrested suspect Arbely Arocha. He is is in custody.
On November 6, 2019, Arbely Arocha turned himself in and is currently housed at St Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce. Arbely Arocha is facing the following charges: Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon, Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, Kidnapping and False Imprisonment. All suspects have been arrested.
