Property Appraiser Professionals Celebrate 10 Years of Public Service

Cathy Sneed and Christopher Mitts marked ten years of dedicated public service for the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser.  Sneed has served as a Public Service Professional for ten years, helping property owners file exemptions and ensuring Homestead exemption accuracy. “It has been a delight working with the Professionals in our office for the past ten years. I look forward to many more years of service” remarked Sneed.

Mitts has served in the Tangible Personal Property Department and is currently the Chairman for the Tangible Personal Property Steering Committee for FIAAO (Florida Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers). “It has been an honor to work for the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser’s Office. I love what I do and enjoy working with business owners in our community” said Mitts.

Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser, Ken Pruitt, said “I am fortunate to work with dedicated public servants who truly care about this community. Cathy and Christopher have given so much to this office during their tenure. I value their professionalism and loyalty.”
