Property Appraiser Professionals Celebrate 10 Years of Public Service
Cathy Sneed and Christopher Mitts marked ten years of dedicated public service for the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser. Sneed has served as a Public Service Professional for ten years, helping property owners file exemptions and ensuring Homestead exemption accuracy. “It has been a delight working with the Professionals in our office for the past ten years. I look forward to many more years of service” remarked Sneed.
Mitts has served in the Tangible Personal Property Department and is currently the Chairman for the Tangible Personal Property Steering Committee for FIAAO (Florida Chapter of International Association of Assessing Officers). “It has been an honor to work for the Saint Lucie County Property Appraiser’s Office. I love what I do and enjoy working with business owners in our community” said Mitts.
