North County Regional Park, presently known as Commissioner Fran B. Adams Park, is located at 9450 CR-512, about 1.5 miles east of I-95. It sits within the St. Sebastian Buffer Preserve State Park. The park features four 300-foot multi-purpose baseball fields with lighting, a concession stand, a press box, restrooms, two pavilions, and a playground.
The park also houses the North County Aquatic Center which offers an Olympic-sized pool, diving facilities, and a 7,000-square-foot zero-entry activity pool. A pool building includes restrooms, showers, and concessions. Visitors can use the Sebastian Greenway walking trail. The park also provides 543 parking spaces, including 11 for handicap access. Nine water fountains are available throughout the area.
Rules prohibit pets, alcohol, open fires, camping, overnight parking, and trespassing after hours. Equestrian activities, fireworks, remote-controlled aircraft, and golfing are not allowed.
