Man who filmed himself vandalizing Martin County Sheriff’s Office patrol car arrested.

MartinCounty, Fl- A Jensen Beach man is accused of causing nearly $2,000 in damages to a Martin County Sheriff’s Office vehicle. A cell phone video shows someone walking on a patrol car posted outside of the Treasure Coast Square Mall. Sheriff’s Deputies later arrested 20-year old Ryan Stump for the vandalism. Stump was arrested while he was working through some paperwork on a separate drug charge.

Last night the Martin County Sheriff’s office posted this:

Then they posted this:

“This is video of 20-year old Ryan Stump of Jensen Beach. Stump was working through some paperwork on a separate drug charge when our warrants detectives arrested him on a new charge of felony criminal mischief for vandalizing one of our parked patrol cars.

Stump videotaped the vandalism (which can be seen on the prior post) then shared the video with others, never dreaming there would be a sequel to his film. Well, here it is.”
