Fellsmere Police arrested a man Friday night after officers say he was eating marijuana during a traffic stop.
Redolfo Deleon allegedly ate just prior to the officers approach to the vehicle. He allegedly gave another passenger in the car the rest of the marijuana he could not eat and told him to hide it.
Deleon was arrested for tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and taken to the Indian River County Jail without incident.
