For most Americans, July 4th is all about the red, white and blue, but retailers are seeing green.
James Miller with the Florida Retail Federation says all those holiday parties will generate more than six billion dollars worth of sales… and that’s just for the food.
A survey by the retailers shows that 2/3rds of Americans will be taking part in cook-outs or barbecues over the holiday weekend. 100 million of us will be gathering for community celebrations and fireworks displays.
