Miami, Fl (treasurecoast.com)-Hurricane Delta is now a Category 2 storm in the Caribbean with top winds of 100 miles an hour. It’s expected to move into the Gulf as a major hurricane tomorrow and make landfall by the end of the week somewhere between Louisiana and the Florida Panhandle.
