Grand theft suspects arrested after car chase in Martin
Martin County, Fla- Two people from South Florida are in jail in Martin County facing grand theft auto charges.
Dodaj fled from Troopers on I-95 in a stolen car. He exited onto SR-714. While trying to hide, he smashed into a motorist, then fled at a high rate of speed.
Martin County Deputies located Dodaj on the Palm City Bridge. The deputies deployed stop sticks at Kanner Highway and Monterey Road. Then they boxed the vehicle in as it approached Willoughby Boulevard. Once stopped, Dodaj and his passenger, 18-year old Chastity Constance, of Broward County, were removed from the vehicle.
