Fort Piece, Fla- FPPD is looking for a man who violated a court order and escaped from Lawnwood Pavillion. It happened today at 4:15 p.m. today. His name is Rudolph Kirkland. He is 23 years old, about 5′ 11.” He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants near 17th Street and Jersey.
