The Fort Pierce Branch Library’s ArtSpace features creative photography from Fort Pierce Central High School students Nov. 3-28.
Fort Piece Central High School added photography to its course catalogue just three years ago, and in that short time, Heather Blackmon-Gordon’s students have grown in both skill and scope. Stop by the Fort Pierce Library to see “A Study in Photography:” Showcasing the work of the “Creative Photography” by students from Fort Pierce Central High School.
With photography as their commonality, each student searches for their own creative style and vision. Coming from a variety of cultural backgrounds, the artists have various interests including but not limited to fashion photography, formal portraits, experimental photography, mixed media, travel photography and digital arts.
The Fort Pierce Branch Library is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m., Wednesdays from 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Fridays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
