Watch “Shawn the Sheep” make the leap from the small screen to the big screen as the Fort Pierce Branch Library presents “Shawn the Sheep: The Movie” (2015) on Saturday, Jan. 16 at 2 p.m. for its Movie Matinee.
Featuring the voices of Justin Fletcher and John Sparkes, this stop-animated feature follows Shaun as he decides to take the day off and have some fun and gets a little more action than he bargained for. A mix up with the Farmer, a caravan and a very steep hill lead them all to the Big City and it’s up to Shaun and the flock to return everyone safely to the green grass of home.
Best suited for ages 5-10, the movie is rated PG with a running time of 85 minutes. Moviegoers are encouraged to bring a pillow or blanket. Refreshments will be served.
