ESTATE, TRUST AND ELDER LAW FIRM TO HOLD FREE SEMINARS ON LONG-TERM CARE PLANNING
Port St. Lucie, Fl: The Estate, Trust and Elder Law Firm will be holding free seminars entitled “Latest Trends in Estate and Long-Term Care Planning,” at various offices and library locations from October 13-21 throughout the Treasure Coast including Stuart (13th), Port St. Lucie (14th), Fort Pierce (15th), Vero Beach (20th) and Okeechobee (21st). The seminars are free but due to limited space registration is required.
Michael Fowler, the founder of the Estate, Trust and Elder Law Firm since 1980, will be running the seminars. Attorney Fowler is one of only nine Florida attorneys certified in the areas of both Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law, and Wills, Trusts and Estates. The Long–Term Care planning seminar will focus on nursing home Medicaid planning, veterans’ pension, essential documents for estate planning, and power of attorney.
The mission of the Estate, Trust and Elder Law Firm is to “provide shelter & comfort to families through legal advocacy & planning solutions. “ The law firm strives to provide legal advocacy and planning solutions for many seniors and families, for whom uncertainties with respect to aging and illness are often a reality. Because illness and aging can often bring on difficult end-of life decisions and other expensive consequences, the Estate, Trust and Elder Law Firm advocates educating and assisting families before the onset of long term illness.
Attorney Fowler was recently selected by the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar to educate staff at care facilities in the Treasure Coast area, after coming out with a highly anticipated opinion about unlicensed practice of law, and non-lawyer Medicaid planning.
Those interested in the “Latest Trends in Estate and Long-Term Care Planning” seminar can register by visiting the law firm’s website at www.etelf.com, or by calling (772) 878-7271. RSVP’s are required.
