Dog missing after car crash on 95

Martin County, Fl (treasurecoast.com) -The Martin County Sheriff is reporting that a dog is missing after a  car crash on 95  this morning.

This is what the Sheriff said:

“We would like to share some information about Esco, a Staffordshire Terrier, whose owner was involved in a serious car crash early this morning, northbound on I95 near the 714 Martin Highway exit.
The owner was seriously injured, but his lifelong friend Esco, crawled out of the wreckage and ran.
FHP tried to catch the animal, but he was too frightened and he may be injured as well.
If you see Esco, please call the Sheriff’s Office. We will notify Animal Services to try to safely rescue him. Esco is said to be very calm and extremely friendly, but again he is scared and may be suffering from injuries.
