21-year old Rudy Noel Garcia-Perez didn’t stop the car he was driving when he hit the first, second, third, fourth or even the fifth mailbox along SE Bonita Street.

He failed to stop when he drove through a front yard and over a plant bed, hit a parked car causing that vehicle to hit a third car and causing extensive damage. He then continued his dangerous and reckless behavior behind the wheel crashing into the fence of a home on Bonita Street. Still, he continued on as citizens tried to stop him. The car Garcia-Perez was driving, which didn’t even belong to him, didn’t come to a final rest until he pulled into a driveway and sat behind the wheel. A citizen saw Garcia-Perez and let deputies know exactly where he ended up.

Despite the property damage, no one was injured in this case. Rudy Noel Garcia-Perez was arrested and charged with multiple counts of DUI with Property Damage. He is being held at the Martin County Jail on $2000.00 bond.
