Brightline  testing starting July 21 for St.Lucie and Indian River County

GoBrightline will continue train testing up to 110 mph in St. Lucie and Indian River Counties, as soon as Friday, July 21 in preparation for service to Orlando. The testing area will include multiple railroad crossings and work is expected to bring additional wait times at railroad crossings.
Flaggers will be present at railroad crossings where ACTIVE high-speed testing is under way, and Brightline is working closely with local law enforcement agencies in testing areas.

Continuous flagging operations and train testing up to 110 mph, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., as soon as Friday, July 21 through Wednesday, July 26.

• Be aware that once the second track is commissioned, rail traffic could run on BOTH tracks in either direction
