Another narcotics arrest in Martin County. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office says that narcotic detectives attempted to stop a car driven by 30-year old David Niquese because the tinting on his windows was too dark. Niquese was driving on US1 in Jensen Beach, and refused to pull over. He continued north, pulling into the Publix parking lot on Baker Road. Still refusing to stop, detectives performed a PIT maneuver, pinning his vehicle against a cement barrier.

David Niquese is being held at Martin County Jail on several charges, to include; Failure to Obey LEO Order to Stop, Possession of Cocaine, Driving under Suspension with Knowledge and Possession 20 Grams Cannabis without Valid Prescription.
