Here’s your chance to safely get rid of your unwanted prescription medications.
National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is April 30, 2022 – 10AM to 2PM.
Martin County
Saturday, April 30th, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit along with the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will offer drop off points so you can safely dispose of your unused or expired prescription drugs.
Bring your unwanted, unused, or expired prescription or over-the-counter medications to the drop-off locations listed on the flyer. We cannot accept needles or liquids. This is a free service offered by local law enforcement agencies in partnership with the DEA.
Saturday April 30 is the Annual Drug Enforcement Administration’s National Drug Take Back Day.
Law enforcement agencies will be set up around the Treasure Coast on Saturday from 10am until 2pm to take your prescription drugs.

We are participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration’s 22nd National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at CVS, 2284 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL.
This bi-annual event offers free, anonymous disposal of unneeded medications at more than 4,000 local drop-off locations nationwide.
We will collect tablets, capsules, patches, and other solid forms of prescription drugs. Liquids (including intravenous solutions), syringes and other sharps, and illicit drugs will not be accepted. We will also accept vaping devices and cartridges provided lithium batteries are removed.

This Saturday, April 30th, from 10am-2pm, we will be participating in the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) National Take Back Initiative. We will be located just outside the front doors of the Sebastian Walmart. This will provide a unified opportunity for the public to surrender expired, unwanted, or unused pharmaceutical controlled substances and other medications to law enforcement officers for destruction. *WE ARE ALSO COLLECTING ANY VAPE PRODUCTS THAT NEED TO BE SAFELY DISPOSED OF.
