Juno Dunes Natural Area is a 569-acre preserve in Juno Beach, Florida. It is located in Palm Beach County along both sides of U.S. 1 and Donald Ross Road. The preserve spans multiple tracts and includes habitats across the Atlantic Coastal Ridge. It is the largest public natural area in Juno Beach.
Visitors can hike marked loop trails across each tract. Trails range from paved accessible paths to sandy hiking routes. The site connects the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. The eastern tract provides access to the beach and elevated views from a natural dune. The western tract includes several miles of trails and floating docks for water access.
The preserve supports a wide range of plant and wildlife species. It is part of the Great Florida Birding and Wildlife Trail. Observation areas allow for wildlife viewing and photography. Shade is limited, so early visits are common.
Parking and restrooms are available at nearby Loggerhead Park. Additional nearby points of interest include Juno Beach Park and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center.
