Just a couple hours later, Officers found a driver attempting to get his gold Mini Cooper out of a ditch in the area of SW Biltmore St and SW Whitmore Dr, however he was having a little bit of a difficult time because he was 1. intoxicated and 2. his rear passenger tire wasn’t even touching the ground. The 31-year-old driver was arrested for DUI as he was more than two times the legal limit.
