2 year old dies in hot car in Ft Pierce
A young child is dead after found alone in a hot car.
Fort Pierce detectives are investigating the death of a 2-year-old boy after he was discovered inside of the hot car on the past Friday.
Ft. Pierce police say Kenny Hyppolite’s mother and aunt found him in the car late Friday afternoon, more than two hours after they discovered he was missing. This was near the 300 block of N. 11th Stree
Police say that family members were looking for the child after he had been missing for roughly 2 hours.
Officials say the 2-year-old had an elevated body temperature. Medics transported the toddler to Lawnwood Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
