Writer’s Workshop brings together the Morningside Writers Group at the Morningside Branch Library in Port St. Lucie for collaborative critique sessions. Writers meet to read and critique each other’s work in preparation for publishing.
The group offers a supportive environment where writers share their pieces and receive constructive feedback from fellow authors. Members read their work aloud and discuss strengths, areas for improvement, and publishing strategies. The peer critique format helps writers refine their craft through diverse perspectives and honest evaluation.
Drop-ins are welcome—visit to observe the group dynamic or bring your own writing to share. Whether you’re working on fiction, poetry, essays, or any other form, the workshop accommodates various genres and writing styles. The collaborative atmosphere benefits both emerging and experienced writers looking to improve their work.
All library programs are free and open to the public with no registration required.
