Victor Hart Sr. Community Enhancement Complex, formerly known as Gifford Community Park, spans 39 acres in Vero Beach. This park features extensive amenities, including a large playground, athletic fields, and facilities for community events. The complex houses the Gifford Aquatic Center and the Gifford Youth Achievement Center providing more recreational options for families and children.
The park operates daily from 7 AM until sunset, providing a safe and engaging environment for outdoor activities. Visitors can enjoy a lighted Little League field, a multi-purpose baseball/softball field, and a full-size football field. Additionally, two basketball courts and tennis courts are available for public use.
Amenities include restrooms, picnic areas with tables, and covered pavilions equipped with grills. A walking trail and fitness equipment promote an active lifestyle. Parking is ample, with 46 paved spaces and additional open parking available. Please note, pets, alcohol, open fires, and camping are not allowed within the park.
