United States Submarine Veterans Park is a memorial park in Port St. Lucie, Florida. It is located in St. Lucie County and was established to honor U.S. Navy submarines and submariners lost in service. The park was proposed in 2019 by the Treasure Coast Submarine Veterans to create a dedicated memorial space.
The park features a memorial that honors all U.S. Navy submarines lost since 1915. Granite markers display the names of 65 submarines and the dates they were lost. The site also includes a World War II-era Mark 14 training torpedo on display. A historical plaque provides additional context about the memorial and its purpose.
Visitors can walk along a paved sidewalk that loops around the lake. The path is approximately one-third of a mile and includes lighting for visibility. Outdoor fitness stations are available and use body weight for exercise. The park also includes a small parking area and a Little Free Library.
United States Submarine Veterans Park serves as both a memorial and a recreation space. Nearby points of interest include Whispering Pines Park and the Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens.
