The Thanksgiving Trot Against Poverty 5K takes place annually in Indian River County as a professionally timed race for runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. The community tradition combines healthy holiday activity with fundraising for United Against Poverty, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals toward economic self-sufficiency.
