The St. Lucie County Christmas Boat Parade in Fort Pierce is an annual event celebrating the holiday season with a festive boat parade along the St. Lucie River. Boaters from across the Treasure Coast are invited to decorate their boats and participate in this holiday tradition. Boats travel past the South Causeway Bridge and out to the Fort Pierce Inlet, where they loop back to the beginning.
The Marine Industries Association hosts a Captain’s Meeting and Party before the event, on the evening of December 12th, where participants gather, enjoy dinner, and prepare for the parade. Proceeds of the event support workforce readiness initiatives. The event provides a unique way to celebrate the Christmas season, bringing together boaters, local businesses, and residents to enjoy a bright evening by the water.
