The Sebastian Clambake is an annual event presented by the Sebastian Clambake Foundation. Held at Riverview Park in Sebastian, the popular festival offers a wonderful blend of food, music, and family-friendly fun. The event features a variety of seafood, including steamed clams, linguine with clam sauce, clam strips, and many other favorites like pizza, french fries, and sausage with peppers and onions.
Alongside the food, guests can enjoy live music, a kids’ zone, and craft vendors, all set against the scenic backdrop of the Indian River Lagoon. This festival is a true celebration of the community, with every moment reflecting the vibrant local culture.
As a “Lagoon Festival,” the event highlights the vital role the Indian River Lagoon has played in the area’s history, providing recreation, beauty, and sustenance for generations. The Sebastian Clambake Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 2002, uses proceeds from the festival to support local non-profit programs and capital improvement projects, having granted over $1,000,000 to charity to date.
