Sandhill Crane Park in Port St. Lucie, Florida, spans 19 acres and offers a variety of recreational amenities. The park includes three softball fields with sports lighting, four racquetball courts, and three sand volleyball courts. A multi-purpose fenced playground caters to children aged 2 to 12. There are two pavilions: a large 57-foot octagon with 10 picnic tables, electricity, water, and a grill, and a family-sized pavilion between the racquetball and volleyball courts. Fishing is allowed in the park’s adjacent canal.
The park features ADA-compliant restrooms, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking. It is equipped with a Thorguard Lightning Protection System for safety. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash, and owners are expected to clean up after them. Sandhill Crane Park is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM with lights turning off around 9:30 PM.
