Round Island Riverside Park is a waterfront park located in Fort Pierce. It provides direct access to the Indian River Lagoon and supports both land- and water-based recreation. The park includes two boat ramps, a canoe launch, and designated trailer parking, making it suitable for small boats and paddlers.
A 400-foot boardwalk extends over the water and is commonly used for observing manatees and other wildlife. From the main area, a footbridge leads to a small island with walking trails, an observation tower, and a fishing pier. Picnic facilities include a pavilion with a grill and additional picnic tables. Restrooms and a drinking fountain are available on-site.
The park has paved parking with standard and handicap-accessible spaces. South of the park boundary, the Round Island South Conservation Area provides additional protected land. Public access supports fishing, walking, paddling, and wildlife observation.
