Midport Lake Neighborhood Park is a 12-acre passive park along Veterans Memorial Parkway. It surrounds a lake and provides a quiet setting for outdoor activities. A fitness station near the street includes several pieces of equipment for different types of exercise. In addition, the park allows fishing, but nonmotorized watercraft are not permitted on the lake.
Birdwatchers can also spot native wading birds and species like blue jays. Dogs are allowed but must remain on a leash. Off-street parking is available, but there are no restrooms or water fountains.
