Mariposa Cane Slough Preserve is a natural area in Port St. Lucie, Florida. It is located in St. Lucie County and was established in 2011. The preserve covers 19.75 acres and provides space for passive outdoor recreation and nature observation.
A walking trail runs through the preserve and allows visitors to explore the natural surroundings. The site is commonly used for walking, wildlife observation, and quiet outdoor activity.
