Jimmy Graham Park is a boat ramp with launch and staging docks. It sits at the southern end of the Indian River Lagoon paddling trail. Channel markers guide paddlers through the lagoon, and a trip from the park to Jupiter Island beach takes about 30 minutes. The island has two marked crossovers through the dunes, leading to the beach in about five minutes.
Mangrove canals along the trail provide opportunities to see wildlife. The park also has a restroom and picnic tables. The trailer parking lot, which holds 40 trailers, is a short walk from the launch. Visitors must launch their boats, park their trailers, and walk back.
