Guy Davis Park, also known as 10th Street Community Park, serves as a central recreational facility for the East Stuart area. The park features a recreation center and soccer, baseball, and football fields. There are also basketball and tennis courts, a running track, and a playground.
Planned improvements will occur in phases, beginning with a multipurpose sports field, linear trails, picnic areas, shaded pavilions, a central lawn for events, a fitness trail with exercise equipment, a playground with aquatic features, and a concession/restroom/storage building. Phase two will add a dog park, a skate park with public art, lawn activity areas, and wayfinding for historic local businesses.
