Greek Festival - Hobe Sound

Greek Festival is an annual community event held in Hobe Sound and hosted by St. John Chrysostom Greek Orthodox Church. The festival has been a longstanding local tradition for more than two decades.

The event highlights Greek culture through food, music, dance, and heritage-based activities. Visitors can experience traditional customs and connect with members of the local Greek community in a family-friendly setting.

Authentic Greek cuisine is a central focus of the festival. Food offerings include a wide range of classic dishes and pastries prepared using traditional recipes. Menu selections feature items such as gyros, lamb shank, moussaka, souvlaki, loukaniko, spanakopita, salads, baklava, and other Greek desserts.

Live entertainment is presented throughout the festival. Performances include traditional Greek music by The Hellenic Band and cultural dance presentations by St. John’s Pride of Greece Dancers, along with additional performers.

The Greek Festival serves as a cultural celebration that brings together residents and visitors to experience Greek food, music, and traditions in Hobe Sound.
