Gardenfest takes place at Riverside Park in Vero Beach, featuring garden vendors, plants, accessories, food, and children’s crafts. The annual event is hosted by the Garden Club of Indian River County and is one of the largest free garden shows in Florida.
Vendors display plants and garden accessories under the oak trees at Riverside Park. The marketplace includes Florida natives, unusual tropicals, unique plant specimens, palms, ferns, orchids, bromeliads, succulents, bamboo, fruit trees, bonsai, roses, and flowering plants. Garden accessories for sale include planters, pottery, fountains, furniture, lighting, and statuary.
Vendors showcase the latest trends in plant materials and design. The displays demonstrate skilled arrangement and care in presentation. Over twenty years have been spent curating high-quality vendors from across the south.
Children’s crafts provide activities for young visitors. Food vendors offer dining options throughout the event. Raffle prizes are available with proceeds supporting the club’s programs.
Proceeds from Gardenfest fund local scholarships and community outreach programs run by the Garden Club of Indian River County. The outreach programs aim to enhance, preserve, and beautify the landscape of Indian River County.
The event is free and family-friendly. The show takes place rain or shine.
