Elk’s Park Recreation Area spans 3.5 acres and has served the community since 2005. A paved parking lot provides easy access to the park. The family pavilion includes a small grill, along with electric and water service. Nearby, a playground designed for children ages 2 to 12 offers space for outdoor play. For sports activities, a half-court basketball area is available.
The park also features an observation and fishing deck along Buttonwood Waterway. Visitors can fish from the deck or enjoy the water views. Alongside the waterway, stationary fitness equipment allows for outdoor exercise. ADA-compliant restrooms ensure accessibility for all visitors. The park is unmanned and gated, allowing guests to visit at their convenience.
