Cove Road Park

Cove Road Park is a small waterfront park, offering shaded picnic tables and a sandy beach. It provides access to the Martin County Paddling Trail, allowing kayakers to explore nearby waterways. Visitors can launch their kayaks from the sand beach and paddle east across the Intracoastal Waterway to St. Lucie Inlet Preserve State Park, a remote barrier island where the St. Lucie River meets the ocean. Paddlers can also travel south to Pecks Lake.

The park’s surroundings support diverse wildlife, including blue herons, egrets, ospreys, and woodpeckers. A posted paddle trail map helps visitors navigate the area, offering access to both sheltered mangroves and open ocean waters.
