Porter Park is a small Martin County waterfront park at the end of a residential street in the Indian Hills neighborhood near Tequesta. It sits on the Intracoastal Waterway side of the area, close to Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The park is about the size of a neighborhood house lot.
Facilities are basic: a free parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking and two covered picnic tables. The sandy shoreline is the main feature. People use it to fish from the beach and to launch kayaks, paddleboards, and other non-motorized boats. Martin County includes Porter Park on its list of boat ramps.
The park is a short drive from County Line Park, another Martin County waterfront park in the Tequesta area that is also on the county boat ramp list. Jonathan Dickinson State Park is nearby for paddling, hiking, and camping. Blowing Rocks Preserve on Jupiter Island is a short drive east across the Intracoastal Waterway and is known for its limestone shoreline.
