New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Wave takes place at The Wave Kitchen & Bar in Vero Beach, featuring a five-course pre-fixe menu prepared by Chef Armando Galeas. The evening includes dinner service and complimentary access to a poolside New Year’s Eve party for guests 21 and older.
Chef Armando Galeas prepares a five-course pre-fixe menu for the celebration. The meal runs from 5 PM to 10 PM. An optional wine pairing is available for 50 dollars per person in addition to the dinner price.
Dinner tickets cost $189 per person plus tax and gratuity. The price includes entry to the poolside New Year’s Eve party following the meal. The poolside celebration allows guests to ring in the new year after dinner service concludes.
The poolside party is restricted to guests 21 and older. Dinner guests receive complimentary access as part of their ticket purchase.
